Asparagus Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus/Fresh whole green beans 1 Pound
  Cauliflower head/1 package frozen cauliflower 1
  Canned artichoke hearts 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinaigrette dressing 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook asparagus or beans and cauliflower.
Drain artichokes.
Pour 1/4 cup Vinaigrette Dressing over each vegetable.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Arrange the three vegetables artistically on individual serving plates or on one large platter.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes or parsley.
