Creamed Asparagus On Crackers
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soda crackers||(for serving)|
1) In a skillet, add in butter and heat.
2) Mix in the flour and slowly add milk.
3) Gently cook, stirring constantly, till thick.
4) Drain the asparagus and into the white sauce with salt.
5) Serve over crackers.
6) You can add the asparagus liquid, for part of milk.
