Asparagus with Lime Mayonnaise
|Asparagus||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated lime rind||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a pan with salted boiling water, add the asparagus trimmed at the bases and boil for about 5-10 min until the stalks are just cooked, drain and keep aside to cool.
2) In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and pepper; blend well.
3) On a nice dish, arrange the asparagus, put the mayonnaise at the stalk end and sprinkle mayonnaise with the lime rind.
4) Garnish with lemon twists and fresh dill and serve.
