Oven Cooked Asparagus
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped, cooked asparagus||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
In a pot combine butter and flour thoroughly.
Add the milk gradually.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Add salt, pepper, and asparagus.
Fold eggs into mixture.
Spoon mixture into greased custard cups.
Set in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
