|Sweet madeira/Sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Cheese sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
(1) Preheat broiler.
(2) In a shallow roasting pan, arrange the toasts and top with hot asparagus tips
(3) Stir wine into sauce and pour to coat the asparagus.
(4) Sprinkle Parmesan.
(5) Place pan under the broiler 4-inches from the heat and gratinate for 3-4 minutes until sauce bubbly and cheese has melted.
(6) Serve toasts hot.
