  Unsalted defatted beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Asparagus tips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine the broth and asparagus and simmer, covered, until the asparagus is tender.
Serve hot in bouillon cups.
