Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
|Asparagus||1 Pound, trimmed (500 Gram)|
|Butter||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
1. Place asparagus in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic food wrap and cook on HIGH (100%) for 5 minutes.
2. To make sauce, place butter in a microwave-safe jug and melt on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) for 45 seconds -1 minute or until melted. Place egg yolks and lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Whisk egg mixture into melted butter and cookon MEDIUM (50%) for 1 1/2 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring every 30 seconds. Spoon sauce over asparagus.
