Asparagus Wreath

Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus 1 Pound, cleaned and steamed
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Thin pepperoni slices 6 , finely chopped
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pimiento strips 2 (For Garnish)
Directions

Arrange asparagus spears in glass ring mold or make wreath of spears on warm, round serving platter.
Melt butter and lemon juice in small saucepan over medium heat; pour over asparagus.
Combine chopped pepperoni and bread crumbs in small bowl; sprinkle over asparagus.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately.
