Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spanish paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Cooked white asparagus 2
Directions

Combine all ingredients except asparagus in small bowl and stir until well blended.
Spoon over asparagus.
