Sauteed Asparagus & Sun Dried Tomatoes can be served as an appetizer or as a side. It can be made last minute and always dresses up table. It is also very nutritious and – more importantly – tremendously delicious! All you need to do is heat some olive oil in a large skillet. Add your trimmed asparagus to the hot oil. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes and add sun dried tomatoes in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and finish sauteing until asparagus is cooked through but still crisp. Then serve it and shine!

1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add asparagus, sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, mix, allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper.Stir and cook for another few minutes.
3. Serve with your choice of grilled meat.
