|Frozen asparagus cuts||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||4 Drop|
|Shelled sunflower seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Place asparagus and water in 1-qt casserole; cover.
Microwave at High 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until asparagus is hot, stirring after half the cooking time to break apart.
Cover and set aside.
In small bowl or 1-cup measure combine lemon juice, tabasco sauce and seasonings.
Pour mixture over asparagus.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
