Marinated Asparagus

Ingredients
  Asparagus 4 1⁄2 Pound (2 Bunches Of 2 1/4 Pound Each)
  Salad oil/Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Minced chives/Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme sprig 1 (Fresh / Dried)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare and cook asparagus as in Time Table, drain and chill.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and beat with a fork, or shake until well-blended.
Chill for at least 1/2 hr.
Remove bay leaf and thyme, and beat up again.
Pour over asparagus, which has been arranged on a serving dish with or without salad greens as a garnish.
