|Asparagus||4 1⁄2 Pound (2 Bunches Of 2 1/4 Pound Each)|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Minced celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced chives/Onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Thyme sprig||1 (Fresh / Dried)|
Prepare and cook asparagus as in Time Table, drain and chill.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and beat with a fork, or shake until well-blended.
Chill for at least 1/2 hr.
Remove bay leaf and thyme, and beat up again.
Pour over asparagus, which has been arranged on a serving dish with or without salad greens as a garnish.
