Fresh Asparagus

Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 Pound
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Arrange prepared asparagus spears in a flat casserole with tougher stem ends toward the outside.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
