Creamed Asparagus Tuna

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned asparagus spears 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drain and reserve liquid (1 Can)
  Canned tuna fish 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Baked pastry shells/Baked toast 1
Directions

Microwave butter in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 30 seconds.
Blend in flour and milk.
Stir drained liquid from asparagus spears into milk mixture.
Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes.
Stir mixture at 1 minute intervals until thickened.
Add asparagus, tuna fish, pimiento, salt, onion salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir mixture after 3 minutes.
