Asparagus With Oregano And Cider Vinaigrette
|Asparagus stalks||18 , cooked (18 Slender Ones)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced very fine|
|Cider vinegar||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Lay asparagus in shallow glass pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus.
Cover tightly with foil and put in refrigerator to marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Lift out of oil mixture and use to garnish salad as directed.
