Asparagus With Oregano And Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Asparagus stalks 18 , cooked (18 Slender Ones)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced very fine
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Lay asparagus in shallow glass pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus.
Cover tightly with foil and put in refrigerator to marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Baste occasionally.
Lift out of oil mixture and use to garnish salad as directed.
