Asparagus Spears With Creamy Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Asparagus spears 1 Pound
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat free mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Fat free sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
2. Bring water to a boil in a 12-inch skillet; add asparagus. Cook 1 minute; drain and plunge into ice water. Drain well.
3. Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Arrange asparagus on a serving platter; top with dressing.
