Gingered Asparagus

Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus spears 1 Pound
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon, toasted
  Peeled minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
Remove scales from stalks with a knife or vegetable peeler, if desired.
Cut spears into 2-inch pieces.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium-low heat until hot.
Add asparagus, soy sauce, sesame seeds, gingerroot, and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
Transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with orange rind.
