Asparagus And Cheese Brunch
|Canned asparagus||16 Ounce, cut into 2 inch pieces (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
In 2-quart (7" x 11") baking dish, arrange half the bread. Cover with asparagus and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with remaining bread.
Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, mustard, paprika and pepper. Pour mixture over casserole. Let stand 20 minutes.
Convection Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
