Garden Asparagus With Lemon And Garlic

Do you really want to see your family eat with joy and be healthy? Simply choose to cook Garden Asparagus With Lemon And Garlic recipe. Its healthy and utterly butterly delicious! Garlicky flavor makes it my favorite dish.
  Asparagus 2 Pound, trimmed
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarse salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped italian parsley 3 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Blanch the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bright green and crisp-tender.
Drain the asparagus and refresh in ice water to stop the cooking.
Drain well; set in a serving dish.
In a small frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil and saute the garlic for 1 minute, or until just tender do not allow it to brown.
Stir in the lemon juice; add salt to taste.
Drizzle over the asparagus.
Sprinkle with the pepper; garnish with the parsley.
