Asparagus And Tomato With Yogurt Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Frozen cut asparagus 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Leaf lettuce 4
Directions

Place the frozen asparagus in a colander.
Rinse under warm running water until the pieces separate and begin to thaw.
Drain well.
In a medium bowl, combine the asparagus, tomatoes and onions; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cheese and mustard.
Add to the asparagus mixture and toss until well coated.
