Buttered Asparagus

Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus 1 1⁄2 Pound (Thin)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice asparagus diagonally in 2-inch pieces.
In 1 1/2 qt glass casserole microwave (high) butter 45 seconds.
Blend in salt, pepper, marjoram and asparagus.
Microwave (high), covered, 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
