Asparagus Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Frozen cut asparagus/4 cups, 1 inch asparagus pieces, steamed 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages, 10 Ounces Each)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grainy dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine the vegetables in a shallow dish. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves, and pour over the vegetables. Toss to mix well.
2. Cover the salad and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
