Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Flour 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Chicken stock 750 Milliliter (3 Cup)
  Canned asparagus 20 Ounce (568 Milliliter)
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  35% cream 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Asparagus tips 3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, melt butter and add flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour chicken stock over mixture and stir well. Add asparagus, season with salt, pepper, and chives. Simmer for 20 minutes. Run mixture through blender and pour into individual bowls. Add a thin strand of cream on top. Garnish with asparagus tips and serve.
