Asparagus Glazed With Sorrel

Ingredients
  Asparagus spears 24 (Cooked)
  Commercial sorrel puree 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sauce 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
Directions

–  Place asparagus spears on 4 plates.
–  Mix together sorrel puree and hollandaise sauce in a small bowl. Pour sauce over bottom ends of the asparagus, leaving top visible.
