Mushroom And Asparagus Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Button mushrooms 8 Ounce, wiped clean and thinly sliced
  Asparagus 1 Pound, cooked and sliced into 1 inch pieces
  Mayonnaise 8 Fluid Ounce
  Chopped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

First prepare the dressing.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients, beating until they are blended.
Add the mushrooms and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
Add the asparagus, mayonnaise and chives to the mixture and mix well, being careful not to mash the asparagus.
Transfer to a large serving dish.
Garnish with the egg slices and serve.
