Asparagus Mimosa

Asparagus Mimosa has a great taste. Asparagus Mimosa is easy to make. Asparagus Mimosa is a must try for asparagus lovers.
Ingredients
  Asparagus tips 24
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled egg 1 , finely chopped
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

Peel asparagus.
Cut into 6 inch (15 cm) lengths.
Clean well.
Tie in a bunch.
Stand in a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water.
Cook 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm 4 salad plates in oven.
Remove asparagus from saucepan.
Drain well.
Transfer to warmed salad plates.
Set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Add egg.
Season with nutmeg.
Stirring skillet, toss 30 seconds.
Pour over asparagus.
Sprinkle with parsley.
