Cream Of Asparagus
|Frozen cut asparagus||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Canned Or Freshly Made)|
|Cream cheese/1 cup sour cream||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Small Package)|
Combine the asparagus and broth in a saucepan and bring to boiling, uncovered.
Stir to break apart asparagus and simmer gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste, if needed.
Cut the cream cheese into about 1/2-inch cubes and place in a soup tureen.
