Asparagus And Cheese Brunch

Ingredients
  Canned asparagus 16 Ounce, drained, cut into 2 inch pieces (1 Can)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Bread slice 8
Directions

Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
In 1 1/2 quart oblong glass baking dish, arrange half the bread.
Cover with asparagus and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Cover with remaining bread.
In 4 cup glass measure, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, mustard, paprika and butter.
Pour mixture over casserole.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium HIGH (7) 12 to 15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal acces sory rack.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Cook on Combination Code 3, 25 to 29 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
