|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Toasted bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh asparagus bunch||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
Combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, paprika, and seasoned salt.
Heat gently, but do not boil.
Fold in the toasted bread cubes and spoon over asparagus.
