Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the grill for indirect heat.
MAKING
2. Place asparagus on an aluminium foil sheet. Drop in some butter, oil, salt, sugar and lemon juice over the top.
3. Wrap the asparagus in the foil and seal it well to form a packet.
4. Place the packet on indirect heat over the grill, close the dome lid and let the asparagus cook inside the foil for about 40 minutes.
SERVING
5. Open the packet and serve warm asparagus.
