Mutton keema is a dish of Arabic origin. It is popular in Pakistan and parts of North India. It is made of minced meat, garlic, chilies, ginger, green peas, tomatoes, potatoes, garam masala or curry powder, turmeric powder, bay leaves, coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, grated coconut, salt and oil. First the spices are mixed and the vegetables are cooked in a little oil. Then the meat is added and cooked.
