Curry Paste

Curry paste refers to a type of seasoning which is prepared by blending together several spices. Curry paste is mostly used in Indian cuisine, but it is also widely used in Thai cuisine. It is prepared using main ingredients like coriander, cumin seeds, chili powder, ginger, turmeric, paprika, garlic paste and vegetable oil. Curry paste is mostly prepared using the stir fry method but it the most essential part of its flavor comes from proper storage of the dish. Curry paste is used in vegetarian dishes as well as non-vegetarian dishes. It is mostly used to add a spicy element to any dish, but it also renders an unique color to food items.
