The raspberry sherbet is a cooked gelatin and raspberry sherbet made with a hint of lemon. Simply combined together and frozen, the raspberry sherbet makes a beautiful presentation and is a real refresher!
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Strained raspberry juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; dissolve in boiling water, and add sugar, fruit juices and remaining 2 1/2 cups cold water; strain and freeze
