Chicken And Orange Kebabs
|Cooked chicken||1 Pound|
|Mushroom caps||24 Small, peeled|
|Orange juice||1 Large|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Ounce, melted|
Peel oranges, remove pith and divide into segments.
Remove rind from bacon, fry gently and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Remove skin from chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Saute mushroom caps lightly in butter.
Alternate orange segments, bacon, chicken and mushroom caps onto skewers.
Barbecue kebabs over hot coals, turn and baste frequently with the sauce while cooking.
