Steak And Crayfish Kebabs
|Green crayfish||1 Large|
|Lean rump steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Sauterne||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove meat from tail of crayfish, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
Seed peppers and cut into 1i inch pieces.
Alternate steak, crayfish and pieces of pepper onto skewers.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 12-15 minutes or until meat and crayfish is tender.
Turn frequently and baste with sauce while cooking.
