Miniature Lamb Kebabs
|Cubed lamb||1⁄4 Pound, cubed|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 inch squares|
|White onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
|Lamb marinade||1 Tablespoon|
Cut lamb into 1/2 inch cubes and marinate overnight, refrigerated.
Remove lamb from marinade and drain on paper towels.
Slide cubes onto metal skewers, alternating with 2 cherry tomatoes, a square of green pepper, and a small white onion.
Broil for about 10 minutes, basting with reserved marinade, or until done.
