1.In a boiler, boil the water and sugar together for 5 minutes.
2.Add the gelatin, which has been softened in cold water and dissolved over heat, the lemon-juice, and cranberry-juice.
3.Strain, cool and freeze.
4.Serve with fruits or ice cream
