Oriental Potato is easy to cook and has a delightful taste. The yoghurt gives the Oriental Potato a two diemensional taste. Must catch it.
|Chopped paneer||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced scallions||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Spring Onion)|
|Minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground roasted cumin||1 Pinch|
|Chili powder||1 Pinch|
Microwave the potato in the jacket .
Let it stand for 2 minutes then cut into half lengthwise, scoop out some potato from the centre and mix it with the above ingredients and pile it into the 2 halves.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
