Lime Sherbet

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green food coloring 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lime rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Combine the sugar and lime juice.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the lime rind, milk, and a few drops of food coloring.
Strain the mixture into the freezer container of an electric ice cream maker.
Follow the manufacturer's directions for freezing.
