Oriental Upside Down Savory Egg Round
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped green chilies||2|
|Chopped garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Microwave covered in a shallow dish oil, coarsely chopped vegetables, chillies, garlic and salt for 5 minutes, stirring in between.
Mix in the coriander leaves.
Pour the eggs over.
Dribble melted butter on top and around and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand for 3 minutes then toss it upside down on a serving platter and sprinkle cheese on top.
Microwave for 2 more minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve with tomato sauce.
