|Mutton shoulder/Mutton leg||500 Gram, cut in 1 pieces|
|Ginger piece||2 , thinly julienned|
|To be grounded to a paste:|
|Papaya pieces||1 (Raw)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Shelled roasted peanuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garam masala powder||1 Teaspoon|
Marinate mutton in half the amount of julienned ginger and ground ingredients overnight.
Next day rub in the oil and salt and microwave covered stirring in between for 10 minutes.
Mix in water and microwave covered for another 30 minutes until meat is tender.
