Adraki Gosht

Adraki Gosht is simply delicious. The garam masala powder gives the Adraki Gosht a perfect taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Mutton shoulder/Mutton leg 500 Gram, cut in 1 pieces
  Ginger piece 2 , thinly julienned
To be grounded to a paste:
  Ginger piece 1⁄2
  Papaya pieces 1 (Raw)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Red chillies 2
  Shelled roasted peanuts 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate mutton in half the amount of julienned ginger and ground ingredients overnight.
Next day rub in the oil and salt and microwave covered stirring in between for 10 minutes.
Mix in water and microwave covered for another 30 minutes until meat is tender.
