Fish Kofta Curry

Fish Kofta Curry has a defining taste. The coconu milk makes the Fish Kofta Curry soft and essence of limes gives the Fish Kofta Curry a tangy and bracing taste.
Ingredients
For fish koftas
  Boneless skinless fish 250 Gram, cleaned and salted for 20 minutes
  Garlic cloves 8 , ground with green chilies
  Green chillies 2 , ground
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Egg 1
  Cornflour 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (heaped)
For curry
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fried onion and garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Large
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Directions

Wash and mince fish very finely and mix with the ground kofta ingredients, egg and cornflour, and shape into walnut size koftas (balls).
FOR THE CURRY: Mix the first five ingredients together and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and microwave for 5 minutes more, stirring in between.
Stir in coconut milk and salt and cook at 50% power for 20 minutes.
Gently put the fish koftas in the curry and microwave for 15 minutes, shaking the dish twice in between so that the koftas will turn over and cook evenly.
Stir in lime juice at the end.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves .
