Shahi Kofta Curry
|For curry masala paste|
|Red chillies||6 , deseeded|
|Roasted coriander seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Roasted cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1⁄4 , grated|
|Sliced onion||1 Large|
|Green chillies||4 , slit|
|Coconut milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix oil with onion and microwave in a large dish for 3 minutes.
Stir in chillies and curry leaves and cook further for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the masala paste and microwave covered for 5 minutes stirring in between.
Stir in the coconut milk and salt and microwave for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Let it stand for 2 minutes.
Carefully stir in the meatballs.
Microwave at 50% power for 20 minutes, shaking the dish in between.
