Shahi Kofta Curry

Shahl Koifta Curry has a fiery taste. The coocnut milk and green chilli gives the Shahl Koifta Curry a royal taste.
For curry masala paste
  Red chillies 6 , deseeded
  Roasted coriander seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Roasted cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 3
  Peppercorns 3
  Cardamoms 3
  Cinnamon piece 1
  Coconut 1⁄4 , grated
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 1 Large
  Green chillies 4 , slit
  Curry leaves 4
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

Mix oil with onion and microwave in a large dish for 3 minutes.
Stir in chillies and curry leaves and cook further for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the masala paste and microwave covered for 5 minutes stirring in between.
Stir in the coconut milk and salt and microwave for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Let it stand for 2 minutes.
Carefully stir in the meatballs.
Microwave at 50% power for 20 minutes, shaking the dish in between.
