Kofta Mutton Curry

koifta Mutton Curry has an imposing taste. The kashmiri red chilli powder, with methi leaves gives the koifta Mutton Curry a flaming taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
For curry
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Methi leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (fenugreek)
  Chopped onion 2
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a deep bowl, microwave oil, bay leaf, methi leaves and onions for 3 minutes, stirring in between.
Add the rest of the curry ingredients except yoghurt and water and microwave for another 5 minutes, stirring in between.
Beat yoghurt with I cup water and stir into the curry and microwave for 5 minutes more stirring occasionally.
Let it stand for 5 minutes
TO MAKE A KOFTA CURRY:
Put the curry in a shallow dish and carefully put in the koftas and microwave covered for 15 minutes at medium 50% power, gently shaking the dish from time to time so that the koftas turn around and cook on all sides.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
