Kofta Mutton Curry
|Methi leaves||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (fenugreek)|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Kashmiri red chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Yoghurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a deep bowl, microwave oil, bay leaf, methi leaves and onions for 3 minutes, stirring in between.
Add the rest of the curry ingredients except yoghurt and water and microwave for another 5 minutes, stirring in between.
Beat yoghurt with I cup water and stir into the curry and microwave for 5 minutes more stirring occasionally.
Let it stand for 5 minutes
TO MAKE A KOFTA CURRY:
Put the curry in a shallow dish and carefully put in the koftas and microwave covered for 15 minutes at medium 50% power, gently shaking the dish from time to time so that the koftas turn around and cook on all sides.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
