Filipino Tocino

You can make this fried pork recipe with three methods. Try all the methods and choose the one which suits and tastes better.
Ingredients
  Meat 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into 1/9 inch thick slices
  Tocino mix 75 Gram (Mama Sita's)
  Cooking oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place meat in a bowl and sprinkle tocino mix. Marinate for atleast one hour.

Boiling method: Cook meat in marinade and water. Bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer until water dries up. Cook unti meat has a shiny reddish brown color.
Fried method: Pan fry in some oil and serve.
Grilled method: grill on coals or electric griller until done.
