Chopsuey/pancit canton mix
40 Gram (Mama Sita's)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Kilogram (Asparagus, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots, Bell Pepper, Bean Sprouts)
Dissolve Mama Sita's pancit canton mix in water.
Heat oil in a wok and stir fry vegetables. Pour dissolved mix and cook until sauce thickens and vegetables are tender.
Plunge noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain them.
In a wok, combine noodles and stir fried vegetables.
Cook on high heat for few minutes. Serve hot.
