Miniature Pork Or Chicken Satays is a yummy grilled meat preparation that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the Miniature Pork Or Chicken Satays last week for my friends farewell party colleagues and everyone loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
  Pork chop/Pork fillet / chicken fillet 1 Small
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Small
  Sage leaves 4
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste

Soak 2 small bamboo skewers in hot water.
Preheat grill.
Trim fat and gristle from meat and cut into small squares.
Cut onion downward into quarters and separate into petals.
Cut green pepper into squares about same size as meat.
Thread meat, sage leaves and vegetables on to skewers, brush with mixture of soy sauce, oil and pepper and grill, turning and brushing again 2 or 3 times, until meat is lightly browned.
If desired, serve on freshly cooked Chinese noodles (drop into boiling salted water and cook about 5 minutes, then drain) or crisp, shredded lettuce.
Serves 2.
