Oriental Spinach Soup
|Frozen cut spinach in butter sauce||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Condensed chicken broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Cook spinach as directed on package.
If desired, chill chicken broth; skim off fat.
In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, cornstarch, celery, onions and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Add spinach in butter sauce.
Heat until very warm but not boiling.
