Try the Cheyenne Shish Kebob the next time you host a party!. I promise you, your guests will love the texture and flavor of the wonderful and simple Cheyenne Shish Kebob!
  Burgundy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Accent 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sirloin 3 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Canned whole potatoes 6 Ounce (Small White Ones)
  Canned onions 6 Ounce (Whole Round Ones)
  Cherry tomatoes/1 large firm tomatoes, cubed 4
  Green peppers 1 , cut in 1 inch squares
  Fresh mushrooms/Canned round button mushrooms 4
  Pitted ripe olives 4
  Canned pineapple chunks/Pitted cherries / any firm fruit 6 Ounce

Mix first 10 ingredients for marinade; cover meat cubes.
Marinate about 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
Put meat and other shish kabob items in separate bowls.
Alternate meat, vegetables and fruit on skewer; cook to taste
