Ingredients
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mint sprigs/One-half teaspoon dried mint 2 , chopped
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and grated
  Scallion 1 , trimmed and chopped
  Dried currants 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

If desired, drain the yoghurt briefly in cheesecloth.
Combine yoghurt with remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Chill until serving time.
